Have 14 of these, can be used as supplements to gain weight, as meal replacements, loads of different ways. Body builders use them, those wanting to put weight on (Kev?) use them.

Best before date is May 2013, hence selling cheap. £3 per bottle on chemist direct.

What's the protein/fat content dude?

Per 220ml bottle, protein is 13.8g, fat 10.8g. I've no idea if that's good or not, I picked these up for Lotty's cousin who sells them at the gym etc. these are the shorter dates, he prefers only selling longer dated ones.

if you want to put weight on why dont you just eat some value lard? probably cost about 30p for a block

Because even though you want to put weight on, you don't want your heart to pack in.

If you have elderly relatives who struggle to eat much and get enough calories these are ideal.

Yep, as Bry says, they're great for someone whose dietary restrictions stop them getting the required intake of nutrients.

I have personally wanked into every single one of these drinks. It may, or may not, help you with weight loss as part of your calorific control, but your missus didn't complain when she sucked out all my population paste.
