Just under 12 months MOT
Taxed till end of March
80, 287 miles on the clock (I have not verified this)

Engine:
The engine is the standard K20A2 engine, making around 200bhp. It is standard except for a K&N typhoon induction kit (full hard-pipe kit not just a cone filter)
It also benefits from a Honda battery

Exterior:
Generally good condition except a few age related marks, and some peeling lacquer around the fuel flap (not bad at all). The factory 17" wheels are generally good condition, there are no massive chunks missing from kerbing. The tyres are very good all round.

Interior:
Original Type-R front seats in good condition (no split bolster just minor wear)
OEM Honda Type-R mats
Decent Sony CD player with auxillary input, 4x45w power output and detachable fascia
Electric windows
Electric mirrors
Factory Honda remote central locking kit with key fob
Build number on the plaque is #266

General:
Car starts every time and drives well, however it has developed a small rattle, sounds to me like something on the top-end like a sticking tappet. It's not particularly loud and it still runs, but has not been driven since just as a precaution. It has not lost any oil. The price of £1800 therefore reflects this, otherwise I would be asking £3,000 for the car. The price is not negotiable. So please don't haggle or ask for a "best price".

On that note I'd like to say I'm really not going to bother with timewasters, tyre kickers or Jeremy Kyle show contestants. You will be asked to leave.

Genuine buyers are however very welcome.

Did you have to specially order the front seats to resemble a 2p piece in the pisser in your local pub, or do they all come like that?
