Cheap lenses?

Postby Albino-Jay » Thu Jun 18, 2009 4:38 am

Right getting fed up of coming on here and seeing some fucking amazing photo's, and not being able to get out and play with my own sodding camera.

Seriously the game has picked up A LOT since I last used my DSLR. Looking great chaps. Anyways enough arse licking.

I need a lens. Just a decent all rounder really that I can use with my D40. So has to be one of the ones with a built in motor for auto focus. The old lenses I have at the mo are decent but only for macro ish stuff so not really had much enthusiasm for them yet.

So anyone know anywhere cheap to buy stock lenses? or any alternatives people recommend?

Adam (the one who had the mk3 golf, mk2 golf, etc) has got a Nikon 50mm f/1.4 lens for sale over on Edition38 Jay, he wants £80 for it. Good price that, and a nice lens.
