Free gels anyone?

Postby Sy » Thu Aug 07, 2008 8:50 pm

Apparently this was on POTN so it's been hammered lol.

But anyway if you want some free gels then follow this link and submit the application. Could be waiting up to three months for them though...but I think this is well worth waiting for, especially for free :D.

There are about 75-150 Gells!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Obviously for things like that you are going to need a remote transmitter and a flash gun...fear not! I have the answer for that too .

For just £14 you can have this:

Ebay link.

Detailed review here

No flash and then with flash (to the left):

Also you can mod them to increase the range...if you so wish.

Enjoy...I know I will be .

(None of the above is my work I've blatantly stole all the links, photos and information from other forums)

I got some of those gels, albeit from another company, a few months back. Liss posted it up on ANW.

Will come in handy at some point i'm sure.

That cactus transponder looks alright, definatly better than shelling out for some pocket wizards if you're just getting started.

Yeah I've got a request in for them too, but I've heard you don't get half as many and they aren't as good as the Rosco ones.

Not sure how you have made that conclusion with no flash gun...but anyway.

My Lee filters turned up today, 3 day turnaround ftw. Just had a quick blast and I've uploaded the results as they came out the camera, will get resized by the forum though.

The results are amazing. Think some good things could come from playing with these. Well worth...um fuck all
