Righty, im modding an old reliant rialto 850cc! REALLY!

Ive only got a full uk bike licence so thats about me limit as far as cars go LMAO well if you can call it a CAR! RELIANT 3x3? has quite a ring to it dont you think?
its goin to be sprayed in hayabusa metallic black paint and im toying with the idea of having twin straight through zorsts.......mmmmmmmm loads of ideas and piccy to follow. :wink:

Just a mo ! Is that gonna be with the original 850cc engine in it or are you fitting a motorbike engine ? Is the rialto still got the fibreglass body like the old Robin ? And they are rear wheel drive so that's just got to be entertaining !

I see a standard one every morning on the way to work and that's just as bad!! But it would be interesting to see Lotty modify one. Black with twin exhausts will look good I think 8) and not at all like a wheel barrow :lol:

well project WTF is going well, engine now in and running sweet, waiting for a new radiator to be supplied and fitted next then the engine can be set up correctly as the tickover is a little on the lumpy side.
Project now running well and costs stand at £241.30 in total.
The engine thats been fitted has been stood a while and on turning over the motor we got rid of some rusty water from two of the cylinders! so i was chuffed as fook when the engine ran without missing or smoking.
Just hope that any crap from the cylinders hasnt effected how the valves are seated! Dont need any set backs at this point now do we?? :P
