So, I've been working on the logo for the wedding/business side of things and this is what I've come up with:

Love to hear your views?
Also had a crack at some promotion type stuff (obviously, it wouldn't contain a bike usually):

move the whole image up and extend the bottom rendering and you have the PERFECT base for business cards mate.

Hi Jaff,
Technically, as a photoshop project the logo is good - you've got a good eye for colour and positioning. However as a logo it will not work for several reasons.
1) Corporate image - how will you add this onto your letter headings and invoices? White / cream paper with a solid black logo in one corner will look disjointed, you will need something that will blend seamlessly with your stationery. The only time the logo will work is if you use it on your preprinted photo-frames, but then they will have to be black which will limit your stylistic options for presenting the pictures.
2) If I was looking to have a wedding photographer (that and children are where the money is), nothing in your logo tells me you do that - it all looks very technical and not what someone wants to capture a romantic day.
Redesign using a transparent background - then it can fit on any of your media, print web etc with no major problems. Try to establish a "romantic twist" to it, make the reflection line into a bouquet of flowers or two entwined hands.
Good luck though.
