Granted, it's probably about as illegal as possible but i've seen so much worse on the roads and the text is still fully readable, large enough to see from space and won't be altered with any stratigically placed bolts or similar

Police will probably have something to say about it but if they do then i'll sort it. Only thing i've done (obviously) is change the spacing round, the numbers/letters on the plate themselves are obvious as to what they are...

I bloody love it!!!!- Just waiting for my form to come through the post now so I can get my tax disk etc changed at the DVLA and get them on the car

You just get a form to get stamed, I got one for my reg...took it to a garage and they couldnt believe that I was pulled for it so just stamped it to say I'd changed the plate anyhow. Most place will do that anyway ;)

Hopefully the police will be ok, your female, dont have stupid oversized wheels,go faster stripes, aeroplane wings on your rpof etc. Its a tastefully modded motor and hopefully the police will respect that and leave you alone.

I was going to make a sarcy comment....!

BUT- in all fairness. I've had four modded cars now. A 306, A nova with a full rollcage in, a slammed on it's arse nova Gsi and the Valver Clio which is hardly shy...and i've been pulled over once in over 2 years of driving and that was in the caged Nova.

Explanation for this- It was 3.45am in the morning and they wanted to make sure I hadn't stolen the car etc as cars like mine attract thieves. The police have been nothing but good to me in all fairness so we'll have to see what happens with the plates. If I get pulled up i'll hold my hands up!

Mish just tell them you didnt know and the shop that sold them to you never said anything. Most you'll face is a £30 fine and be told to remove them and that if you get caught with them on again they will force the DVLA to revoke the plate...I've now been pulled 6 times for mine and still have them on the car :lol:

i had my valver running 150ish bhp before i got rid of it. And my 19 valver was running about 145hp.

Ever need to know anything about them im kinda an expert on them coz they brake all the fuckin time!

how many clutches and boxes have you been through?

i have had 3 replacement boxs in the past.

They are weak but i did used to spank my clio into the ground!

Loved my clio no body exspects a little clio to piss all over them!

Mya get another clio but to be fair they are to exspensive to fix every week!

Possibly get an rsi and tune the balls of it coz tehre well more reliable!
