if anyone has got any gym equipment for sale (cheapish ) please let me know. Turning my garage into a gym will be a laugh if nowt else.

No point even startin for may you need at least 6-8month before you see some good development...I got all the kit at mine from when I used to do it...gonna have to get it all set up again...Good old muscle memory, less work and faster results :D
