Just a couple of shots I made today and wanted opinions on them

I was hoping I could make these into canvas pictures for my house but when I have been having a mooch it doesn't recommend going any bigger than 20x16 for quality.
I know nothing about photography, is this due to the pixels and is there any way this can be improved?

Thanks for any help and opinions on the pictures

They seem slightly out of focus/grainy... so I don't know what the quality would be like on transfer to canvas. I do like the second one very much, just a shame it's not very clear.

Zoomed to death on a Samsung Digimax A503 5mp... so not the best.

I love it though, but don't want to fork out to put it onto Canvas if it is going to look rubbish

I bet it could be improved on photoshop.

It's just soft because you've nailed the camera to the absolute limit to get the shot, they're both alright, I like the first one a lot, but if you can spot them being soft/grainy/noisey at internet size, you'll have a minefield at 20x16 on canvas.

Nice pics, but I can't see them transferring to canvas at all due to the quality :(
