So that is the state of play as of last night, although the bootlid is back on the car now..........

With the interior back up and the paint buffed, the roof frame was stripped and put back on the car:

So its on its way to being sorted now. Kit needs a little bit of fettling to get right and the car is FILTHY, so that needs a good gutting.

Wheels are its major letdown now, so I intend to address that issue in the near future....

Not done much to it lately, but starting to get a few bits for it......

Bought some wheels for it, 16'' cossie style alloys off a mondeo, then realised that to make them fit i was going to need to grind arches and change the tyres. way too much fuckin about, especially as its a decent shell, don't wanna start grinding away!.....So i had a quick change of plan, went for 15's and i think it suits the car a treat.

New wheels for it are these

And this weekend, a trip up to Blackpool for this, a full stainless, used but cheap. apparently of an rs1600i:
