I need to get rid of either my bimmer or the cab but i want to keep both but thats not an option. The bimmer is a nice smooth drive and has plenty of torque and enough power for me but does like a bit of a drink when i put my foot down and i know i'll be able to get £1300+ for it. The cab needs a new roof and a polish and it'll be a very clean car with low mileage, full history and i can make a bit of profit from it. I love drining both cars for their individual qualities but i can't afford to tax and maintain two

IMO keep the Astra fella.

Beemer is a decent motor, but I can see many many possibilities with the Astra for one.

keep the astra, cheaper to run, rarity combared to beemer, and its more and less true what is said about bmw drivers (saying that cab drivers its more and less true about them)

also the beemer will continue to lose value, the astra, you can run for a while, as a work in progress and still make money when you've finished

If it was me - i'd have to stick with the Beemer, don't think id want any other car now BUT,value wise, the BMW is just going to continue to drop - at a much greater rate than the Astra.

I've voted for the Astra simply because of the depreciation and running cost compared to the BMW

P.s Want to swap engines before you sell the BMW lol.

Keep whichever one makes you smile the most. I know it sounds dead puffy, but if you keep the wrong one you will be bored of it within a couple of months.

Arse out fun - vs - Tarting about with the roof down.
