well after donny show most people got the track bug, so rather than risk destroying our every day car's the search was on for some nippy cheap and tuneable hot hatches to make into track slags.
Coggi went out and bought a clio 16valve
and Scott (human bttos banner :wink: ) purchased a saxo vts.
Scott's was a tidy and standard model in posiden blue.
sadly it did not like stating from cold, after checking it over we found that it was the head gasket to be at fault.
so the project began.
i had another vts in the garage so we removed and swapped over the full body kit, so the car is now two tone, blue over silver and suprisingly looks quite good.

new wheel's were a tough choice as the race/track theme was the aim, plus function and practicality. he's managed to get hold of a rare set of OZ F1 cup alloy's

obviously it could not stay as high as it came from the (land rover) factory, so i worked my magic

i have removed the head to replace the gasket and seeing as it was off we treated it to a bit of porting and polishing. :wink:
the throttle body was also done at the same time.
the new magnex exhaust has just come into stock so will be getting fitted later this week.
the car should be ready and making it's debut @ USC next weekend.

Why was the car so high? Neither of my VTS were that high. :shock:

Been completely stripped/gutted if that makes much of a difference

just as ben said really, fully stripped out.
